- Product Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
- Return Request: Contact the Vogfem customer service team (support@vogfem.com) with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Shipping Costs: For non-quality-related returns, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For returns due to product quality issues, Vogfem will cover the shipping costs.
Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange your purchased product, we offer an exchange service under the following conditions:

- Exchange Request: Contact the Vogfem customer service team (support@vogfem.com) with your order number and reason for exchange.
- Exchange Shipping Costs: For non-quality-related exchanges, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For exchanges due to product quality issues, Vogfem will cover the shipping costs.
Return and Exchange Process
- Contact Customer Service: Email the Vogfem customer service team with the necessary information (order number, reason for return/exchange).
- Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and respond with confirmation within 1-2 business days.
- Return the Product: Upon confirmation, please ship the product back to the provided return address and retain the tracking number.

- Refund: Once the returned product is received and verified, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Exchange: Once the returned product is received and verified, we will ship the new product within 7 business days and provide a new tracking number.
